Before you submit

Standard production: approximately 10 business days (about two weeks) after payment and artwork approval. Pickup is scheduled separately. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays do not count as business days.

5-business-day rush: 25% of the merchandise subtotal, with a $25 minimum, subject to availability and confirmation before invoicing. Need fewer than 5 business days? Email your deadline for a higher, individually quoted rush price. No date is guaranteed until confirmed.

We review requests within 1–2 business days. You may request cancellation through the end of the second business day after submission (Pacific time), or until we accept the order and you receive the invoice, whichever comes first. The submission day does not count. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Once the cancellation window closes, custom orders are final sale: no change-of-mind cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds, including at pickup. Incorrect, defective, or unfulfilled orders remain eligible for review and any remedies required by law.
